Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 4, 2026
This policy describes how Patterson & Associates Consulting, LLC ("PAC," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website (compliance.pac-llc.net). It applies to this marketing site only; the PAC AI Compliance Cloud application used by our housing authority clients is governed by separate service agreements.
Information you provide to us
When you submit the consultation form, we collect the information you enter: your name, housing authority or organization, email address, program size (optional), and message. This information is stored in PAC's secured database and is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for consultations, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We use automated spam filtering on form submissions; submissions identified as automated are discarded without being stored.
If you choose to schedule a meeting through our scheduling link after submitting the form, scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service with its own privacy policy. Your name and email address may be pre-filled into the scheduling page for your convenience.
Information collected automatically
This site does not set cookies, does not use advertising trackers, and does not run third-party analytics. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and retrieves client testimonials from PAC's own application service; your browser's requests to those services include your IP address as part of ordinary web traffic. Google's handling of font requests is described in Google's privacy disclosures.
How we use information
- To respond to consultation requests and communicate with you about our services.
- To schedule and prepare for meetings you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — our cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure), our scheduling provider (Calendly, if you use the scheduling link) — or when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PAC or others.
Retention
We keep consultation requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your choices" below).
Security
Information submitted through this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled systems available only to authorized PAC personnel.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through this site by emailing info@pac-llc.net. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor verified requests unless we are required to retain the information by law.
Children
This site is directed to housing authority professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the policy.
